My name is Shawn Hall and this is my second year as Athletic Director at Red Lick I.S.D. I am so excited to be a part of Red Lick and looking forward to seeing your child grow as a person and as a student-athlete.

I graduated from Avery I.S.D. in 2009 and played basketball, baseball, and cross country in high school. I attended Henderson State and Tarleton State from 2009-2012 and played baseball at both of these universities.

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in 2014 from Stephen F. Austin State University and then received my masters degree in 2016. I spent 5 years as head boys baseball, cross country, basketball and track at Harts Bluff I.S.D. and spent the 2021-2022 school year as Athletic Director.

My goal for athletics is to build a culture of taking P.R.I.D.E. in what our student-athletes do in everyday life. P for being positive, R for showing respect, I for having integrity, D for being disciplined, and E for doing these things every day. If our students can apply these principles in athletics, academics, and everyday life, I believe they have the tools necessary towards becoming leaders in society.

My wife, Kayla, is the Art and Dance teacher and also coaches the cheer team. We have one son, Jake, and he will be starting preschool this year. We love being a part of the herd and cannot wait for Jake to attend when he is of age.
