Last night, the 7th and 8th grade boys traveled to Paul Pewitt and competed in their first track meet of the 2023 season. The results for both 7th and 8th grade divisions are listed below:

The robotics students are learning about the phases of the moon as part of their NESSP Artemis ROADS challenges. Yesterday in class, they created the different phases using OREOS.... before eating them of course.
Red Lick had an amazing showing at the Regional Science Fair and showed all of Region 8 what we are capable of. Mrs. Endsley, Mrs. Tullos, and Mr. Rankin are extremely proud of each local participant and those who qualified for the Regional competition.
There were 213 entries across all schools in Region 8 in grades 4th - 8th grade at the Regional competition.
At the Region 8 regional competition, 8 of our 14 students who qualified for the regional competition placed.

We had a slight change of plans for our boys game at home on Thursday vs. DeKalb. We will play only 1 B game and 2 A games with start time for the 1st B game at 4:30pm. So the game schedule will be 7/8th B, 7A, and 8A starting at 4:30pm.
